I just got back from a wonderful vacation week in Florida. What made it great was my time spent with family, regular meditation, t’ai chi, swimming, biking, eating healthfully, and chiropractic. We don’t have to wait for a vacation to bring these practices into our lives. Instead they can be part of our everyday routine. Pick one and start gently to bring it into your daily routine. Once it is a part of you move onto the next practice.
