I’m not talking about shopping today; I’m talking about recovery from Thanksgiving. I love Thanksgiving-what’s better than getting together with friends and family and eating gggreat food, talking, watching football, etc. Over the years, it has been a challenge not to overdue it and to exercise a degree of moderation (my father’s best lecture to me, when I was a kid) at the dinner table. On the day after, perhaps a mild cleanse and some exercise might be in order. Also, please don’t forget what Thanksgiving is really about- Giving Thanks. We all love to be acknowledged. The more we focus on what’s good in our lives, the more we see the good in our lives.
