T’ai Chi or T’ai Chi Chuan as it more formally called, is a very powerful “soft form”martial art. It can be used for self defense, but also has been shown to positively effect balance, blood pressure, and arthritic issues.
Presently, I am teaching classes in Short Form -Yang Style in Middletown, Tiverton, and Little Compton, RI. When we finally see the sun with some consistency, I’ll also start teaching my unique T’ai Chi-Tennis program, which is offered to beginners of T’ai Chi and/or tennis and is taught in a creative fun way.
